Use Tips and Notes

To maximize the temperature retention, we recommend preheating or precooling with hot or cold water for 5 to 10 minutes before putting your food or soup inside the container. When disassembling for cleaning, make sure to lift the top of the lid before reinstalling it to ensure a secure fit.
